    I would love to be either a moderator if that's fine. I failed an admin test on DN, which encouraged me to look into card rulings more. And I'm sure a lot of users can vouch for me saying I'm friendly.

    sure you can. but you need to be mod first and be active and get recuits. other than that, good luck.
